In case you have purchased a product which is not properly working or fails to work at all, please fill out the form here. We will support you to get the product working to your satisfaction or send you a replacement product in case it unfortunately does not work at all.
Please do not return a product to us without an authorization code, as it will be returned by our warehouse. If we need to exchange the product we will send you an RMA number, with which you can return the product to our service warehouse.
